- Can I pay for one-time use ?
- No. If you want to use Claper for a single use we recommend to pay for one month and to cancel after the end of the presentation. This gives you the full functionalities of the plan and is still the best economic choice for you.
- Do you offer annual plan ?
- Not yet. If you want an annual offer you can contact us and we will be happy to offer you a deal for an annual plan.
- What if I change my mind ?
- If you wish to cancel within 14 days from the day you purchased and you have not successfully used Claper at a live event, you will receive a full refund.
- How is the number of attendees counted ?
- The attendee limit refers to the overall number of joined device throughout your event. For example, the cap of 200 attendees means that in total, 200 attendees can join Claper over the course of your presentation.
- We have a meeting with more than 500 attendees. Can I use Claper?
- Unfortunately, Claper is not available for more than 500 attendees. If you have more than 500 attendees, please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a deal for a plan with more than 500 attendees.
